Last updated: 2026-07-16. These Terms govern your use of the website at adam.camposenterprises.org (the "Site") and your purchase of the Adam Local software. Your use of the Software itself is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA); your privacy by the Privacy Policy; and refunds by the Refund Policy. The Site describes and sells the Software. Its content is owned by us or our licensors. You may not scrape or reuse Site content except as permitted by law, or use the Site unlawfully or to interfere with its operation. The Site is provided "as is"; we may change or discontinue it at any time.
Purchases are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Gumroad ("MoR"), the seller of record for your transaction, which handles payment, billing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Your purchase is also subject to the MoR's buyer terms. Prices are shown at checkout; you are responsible for taxes the MoR calculates. We or the MoR may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing error).
You are buying a licence to use the Software under the EULA at the tier you select, as described at checkout. Delivery is electronic (a download and, where applicable, a licence key). By purchasing you acknowledge that: (a) the Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties, and our liability is limited, as set out in the EULA (§§16–17); (b) the Software requires your own AI Provider account and you are responsible for your own AI usage costs, which are not part of your purchase from us; and (c) installation requires you to accept the EULA at first run. If you do not accept the EULA, your sole remedy is a refund under the Refund Policy.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the MoR's policies. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
The Site and its information are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability arising out of the Software is governed by the EULA. For any matter arising out of the Site or a purchase and not covered by the EULA, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid us or USD $100, and we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages — except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury) and except for mandatory consumer rights.
The Site may link to third-party services (including the AI Provider and the MoR). We are not responsible for them; their terms govern your use of them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts of Navajo County, Arizona (subject to any arbitration provision elected in the EULA, which if elected also applies to disputes under these Terms). We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. For material changes we will post a notice and, where practical, seek your acceptance; your continued use of the Site or a new purchase after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, with the EULA, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Site and your purchase. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms; you may not. A force majeure event beyond our reasonable control excuses delay or failure in performance.
