If the Software does not work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund of the licence fee. Email adam@camposenterprises.org with your order ID. Within 14 days, we refund on request — no reason needed.
Your purchase is sold and processed by Gumroad, the seller of record. Refunds are issued through them, and their buyer terms also apply. Because they hold the funds, they process the refund; we authorise and honour it under this policy. The Merchant of Record may also issue refunds directly to prevent payment disputes.
The Software is delivered digitally and can be used immediately. At checkout, our Merchant of Record obtains your express consent to begin delivery at once and your acknowledgement that this ends any statutory right of withdrawal for the digital content (for example, the 14-day right under EU/UK law). Regardless of that waiver, we honour the 14-day refund above.
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live; where those provide greater protection, the higher level applies.
